I'll agree with Kyuzeth. Perhaps people neglect it because of its poor defensive typing and low speed, but it has some awesome mixed attacking stats, and can fire off powerful Blizzards without worrying about missing thanks to Snow Warning, kill off faster threats with Ice Shard, regain HP with Giga Drain, and slay Fire-types with Earthquake.
