Since Generation 6 is coming up and we can expect more Prevolutions of Pokemon, I drew all the Baby Pokemon over these last 2 days (finished yesterday)

They Are (From left to right):

Front row:

Awesome thanks, I'm going to link to your gallery so that everyone that sees the event can see all the great works you've done. I just went through it a couple minutes ago and loved it, I really liked the Sonic/Naruto crossover ones.

If you look at the National Pokedex, all the other baby pokemon don't appear right next to the rest of its evolutionary line. This is due to baby Pokemon being revealed in later generations than them. Riolu was in the same generation as Lucario, so it shouldn't be considered a baby Pokemon.

Something I also forgot to say is that Togepi shouldn't be considered one as well for the same reasons.

These are the Baby Pokemon 'rules'

"Baby Pokémon can by classified as such by these four rules:
1.Can be obtainable by hatching an Egg.
2.Must be the lowest form in a family chain.
3.Must be able to evolve at least once.
4.Cannot breed."

These are the only 18 Pokemon that hit those rules, making them, including Togepi and Riolu, all Baby Pokemon
